Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken (breast or tights)
- 1/2 Onion
- 4 tbsp Curry powder
- 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 cup Chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup Potato flakes
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
Directions

1Chop the onion and season the chicken

2Saute the onion with the olive oil

3Add the chicken and brown it for about 10 min each side

4Add the curry powder

5Add the broth (or the same amount of tomato sauce if you want an extra flavor) and cook it for about 15/20 minutes, or until the chicken is well cooked.

6Add the heavy whipping cream.

7You may add potato flakes to thicken the sauce if necessary.

8Serve with rice :)
