Curry Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken (breast or tights)
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 4 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup Potato flakes
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper

Directions

    Chop the onion and season the chicken

    Saute the onion with the olive oil

    Add the chicken and brown it for about 10 min each side

    Add the curry powder

    Add the broth (or the same amount of tomato sauce if you want an extra flavor) and cook it for about 15/20 minutes, or until the chicken is well cooked.

    Add the heavy whipping cream.

    You may add potato flakes to thicken the sauce if necessary.

    Serve with rice :)
