  • 1/4 cups Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Or More Curry Powder (I Use 2 Or 3 Tablespoons)
  • 2 whole Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 6 whole Potatoes, Peeled And Cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 5 cups Chicken Broth
  • 4 cups Chicken; Boneless, Skinless, Cooked

Directions

    Melt butter in saucepan. Add curry powder and saute onion, garlic, and potatoes. Stir in flour and cook until mixture bubbles. Stir in chicken stock. Bring to boil and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.

    Pour mixture into food processor and blend until smooth. Return to saucepan. Add chicken and cook for another 10 minutes.
