- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tsp salt (I use less because I'm not that crazy about salt.)
- 2 tbsp curry powder
Directions

1In an 8 to 10 inch frying pan, melt butter over medium high heat.

2Stir in curry powder and salt and let bubble for 30 seconds.

3Brush curry mixture all over meat before cooking.

4*Makes about 3 tablespoons of paste.
