  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt (I use less because I'm not that crazy about salt.)
  • 2 tbsp curry powder

Directions

    In an 8 to 10 inch frying pan, melt butter over medium high heat.

    Stir in curry powder and salt and let bubble for 30 seconds.

    Brush curry mixture all over meat before cooking.

    *Makes about 3 tablespoons of paste.
