- 1/2 c. salt
- 8 c. water
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
Directions

1Wash and drain cucumbers.

2Combine salt and water.

3Pour over cucumbers and let stand 5 hours.

4Drain; rinse thoroughly.

5Combine remaining ingredients.

6Add cucumbers.

7Heat until boiling.

8Pack in sterilized pint jars.

9Water bath jars in boiling water for 20 minutes.
