  • 6 pork chops
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. curry
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Brown pork chops and set aside.

    Add remaining ingredients and add to drippings.

    Pour over pork chops.

    Put in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish and bake covered at 325° for 15 minutes.

    Uncover and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
