- 3 whole Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 2- 1/2 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions

1Begin by slicing your cleaned potatoes roughly 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick, keeping the skin on.

2Soak in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove some of the starch.

3Drain, and pat dry.

4Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

5Melt the butter and curry powder, and mix well.

6Pour over the potatoes, and mix well.

7Layer on a baking sheet, in a single layer, and bake for 20 minutes.

8Flip each potato over, and baked another 10 minutes, being careful not to burn them.

9Remove them from the oven and sprinkle with salt.
