  • 4 chicken breast halves (bone in)
  • 2 garlic cloves, halved
  • 6 Tbsp. honey
  • 4 Tbsp. white wine
  • 3 tsp. curry powder
  • chopped chives

Directions

    Rub chicken with garlic.

    Place chicken in baking dish.

    Bring honey, wine and curry powder to a boil.

    Stir until thick, about 2 minutes.

    Brush chicken with glaze and roast at 450° for 10 minutes.

    Brush with remaining glaze and continue roasting until done, about 10 to 15 minutes more.

    Sprinkle with chives.

    Serve with herbed rice.
