- 4 chicken breast halves (bone in)
- 2 garlic cloves, halved
- 6 Tbsp. honey
- 4 Tbsp. white wine
- 3 tsp. curry powder
- chopped chives
Directions

1Rub chicken with garlic.

2Place chicken in baking dish.

3Bring honey, wine and curry powder to a boil.

4Stir until thick, about 2 minutes.

5Brush chicken with glaze and roast at 450° for 10 minutes.

6Brush with remaining glaze and continue roasting until done, about 10 to 15 minutes more.

7Sprinkle with chives.

8Serve with herbed rice.
