  • 1/4 lb. dried beef
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 3 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except meat.

    Beat until creamy, adding more wine, if needed.

    Place small amount of mixture on each slice of meat.

    Roll up and chill.
