  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon base chicken stock
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder homemade

Directions

    Melt the butter, fry onions until tender, stir in the flour. Cook for three minutes. Slowly add the milk to make a white sauce. After thickened, stir in the chicken stock base and the curry powder.
