  • 1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1 can (1-3/4 lb.) tomatoes, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric

Directions

    Place a small amount of water in a saucepan.

    Add the scallions, garlic and ginger.

    Cook and stir over medium heat for a few minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients.
