- 1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 can (1-3/4 lb.) tomatoes, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
Directions

1Place a small amount of water in a saucepan.

2Add the scallions, garlic and ginger.

3Cook and stir over medium heat for a few minutes.

4Add remaining ingredients.

6Cook for another 6 to 7 minutes to blend flavors.
