- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 12 water chestnuts, finely chopped
- 2 stalks green onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder (more or less)
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oil
- 3 tubes prepared refrigerator crescent rolls
Directions

1Cut end from unsplit frankfurter roll.

2With fork, hollow out enough center to hold a frankfurter.

3Spread hollow generously with mustard.

4Insert frankfurter.

5Wrap in wax paper and chill. Cut into slices.

6Dot each slice with a bit of pickle relish.
