Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c. cooked cushaw, cooked and put through food processor
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • dash of cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 can Carnation cream (undiluted)
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, salt and cloves together. Add beaten eggs; add cushaw and cream, then put into an unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until done.
