  • 2 c. rich milk or cream
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • lump of butter
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Blend ingredients.

    Add nutmeg to flavor.

    Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake 45 minutes or until silver knife inserted into filling comes out clean.
