Custard Bread Pudding

- stale bread (3 or 4 days old)
- 1/2 stick melted oleo
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 qt. sweet milk
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Spray a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish with Pam or any pan spray.

2Line the dish with stale bread and dribble with melted oleo over bread. Beat eggs with sugar, milk and vanilla.

3Pour over bread.

4Bake in 325° oven for approximately 1 hour.

5Place a pan of water under the pudding in the oven for moisture.

6When done, sprinkle with sugar over top and broil until bubbly.

7Serve with Honey Sauce.
