  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. mince meat

Directions

    Blend dry ingredients and slowly add to the eggs remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into pie shell and bake in hot oven at 400° for 15 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 325° and bake another 30 minutes.
