  • 1 (9-inch) deep pie crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix ingredients together except pie crust.

    Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    An inserted knife will come out clean when custard is done.
