  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. milk, scalded

Directions

    Beat eggs and combine with sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla. Slowly add milk; mix well and pour in 9-inch pastry lined pie pan. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then at 325° for about 25 minutes more or until mixture doesn't adhere to knife.
