  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. milk
  • nutmeg

Directions

    Brush inside of pie shell with slightly beaten egg white.

    Add sugar, salt and milk to eggs.
  3. 3
    Strain and pour into the unbaked pie shell.

    Sprinkle with a few grains of nutmeg.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 300° and bake for 30 minutes or until firm.
