  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. milk

    Heat milk until just beginning to scald.

    Beat milk into egg mixture; pour into crust.
