  • 3 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 large pie shell, unbaked

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Add sugar, flour, nutmeg and vanilla; mix well. Add milk and stir well. Pour into large unbaked pie shell and sprinkle top with nutmeg.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake for 30 minutes or until knife stuck in center comes out clean.
