- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- dash of nutmeg
- single crust pastry
Directions

1Put strips of foil around the edge of pastry.

2Bake pastry for 5 minutes at 450°.

3Cool.

4Beat eggs; stir in other ingredients. Mix well.

5Pour into pastry.

6Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

7Remove foil and bake 30 minutes longer at 350°.

8Remove from oven and cool 2 hours.
