- 1 qt. milk
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1-2/3 tbsp. vanilla essence
- 1-1/3 tbsp. custard powder
- 2-1/2 tbsp. cornflour
- 3 eggs
- 1 pkg. tea biscuits
Directions

1Crush the biscuits and mix with 1 butter, slightly melted.

2Divide mixture in two and press into 2 small pie dishes (or 1 large pie dish).

3Beat the eggs and mix with Custard Powder and Cornflour.

4Bring to a slow boil the milk, butter, condensed milk and vanilla essence.

5When it starts to boil, stir in egg mixture and stir vigorously until the mixture thickens.

6Pour mixture into pie dishes, sprinkle some cinnamon on top and leave to cool.

7Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.

8Best eaten on same day, but can be made up to 1 day in advance.
