- 2 12 cups milk (whole milk, not skim)
- 12 cup sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix the sugar, eggs, and vanilla together.

3Scald the milk.

4Let milk set until it is just barely warm, then add the sugar mixture.

5Pour into the pie shell and bake until custard is firm to the touch, approximately 35 minutes.
