  • 3 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 (8 or 9-inch) pie shell, uncooked

Directions

    Beat eggs lightly and sugar, salt and milk.

    Pour mixture into pastry-lined pie plate.

    Bake at 425° to 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

    Cool pie on wire rack.

    Refrigerate covered.

    Chill well before serving.
