- 3 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1 (8 or 9-inch) pie shell, uncooked
Directions

1Beat eggs lightly and sugar, salt and milk.

2Pour mixture into pastry-lined pie plate.

3Bake at 425° to 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

4Cool pie on wire rack.

5Refrigerate covered.

6Chill well before serving.
