- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- Cinnamon to taste (optional)
Directions

1Scald lowfat milk with sugar and salt added.

2Pour over beaten Large eggs.

3Add in vanilla and pour custard into baking dish or possibly individual molds.

4Place molds in pan of warm water in moderately slow oven till set.

5To test, insert knife or possibly spoon.

6If custard does not adhere to it, it is ready to remove from oven.

7Refrigerateand serve with caramel sauce.

8Bake in oven 1/2 hour.
