- 50 grams Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cake flour
- 200 ml Milk
Directions

1Mix the egg and sugar in a pan, add cake flour and mix well.

2Pour the milk into the pan little by little, mixing well after each addition.

3Heat the pan over medium heat.

4Keep stirring as so not to let it burn.

5Turn down the heat to low when the mixture has thickened.

6Cook the mixture to your desired firmness and turn off the heat.

7Add a drop of vanilla extract or a knob of butter if you like to make the cream tastier.
