  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cake flour
  • 200 ml Milk

Directions

    Mix the egg and sugar in a pan, add cake flour and mix well.

    Pour the milk into the pan little by little, mixing well after each addition.

    Heat the pan over medium heat.

    Keep stirring as so not to let it burn.

    Turn down the heat to low when the mixture has thickened.

    Cook the mixture to your desired firmness and turn off the heat.

    Add a drop of vanilla extract or a knob of butter if you like to make the cream tastier.
