  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley or parsley flakes
  • white of egg (hard-cooked)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp. anchovy paste
  • black pepper

Directions

    Blend ingredients with a fork. Crumble yolk of the hard-cooked egg and crumble on top.
