  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 egg, hard-boiled and separated
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. anchovy paste
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Soften cream cheese.

    Mix all ingredients except egg together with mixer.

    Separate egg; crumble and sprinkle over top of dip. Serve with veggies or crackers.
