- 1 pkg. romaine lettuce
- 1 shallot onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 anchovie (per person)
- white vinegar
- croutons
- 1 egg yolk (per person)
- olive oil
Directions

1Squeeze garlic juice and rub in round wooden bowl.

2Cut up shallot and anchovies.

3Put 1 egg yolk per person.

4Slowly pour olive oil.

5Mix until it becomes pasty.

6Add vinegar until smooth. Add lettuce, cheese and croutons.
