- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp rice
- 3 tbsp bulgor
- 3 tbsp dahl lentil
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp dried mint
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 dash salt
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 dash peper
- 3 tsp butter
Directions

1let rice and bulgar and lentil remain in water for 30 min

2peel and mince onion.

3put butter in skillet and cook onion until brown

4add flour and mix until flour become golden

5add salt and peper.

6and then tomato puree and mint and mix them well
-
7add 1cup of boiled water and stir until all ingredient become smooth and consistant

8add 1 cup of cold water and then add rice, bulgar and lentil.
-
9let them cook.

10serve with lime or lemon juice
