  • 1 onion
  • 3 tbsp rice
  • 3 tbsp bulgor
  • 3 tbsp dahl lentil
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp dried mint
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 dash peper
  • 3 tsp butter

Directions

    let rice and bulgar and lentil remain in water for 30 min

    peel and mince onion.

    put butter in skillet and cook onion until brown
  4. 4
    add flour and mix until flour become golden
  5. 5
    add salt and peper.

    and then tomato puree and mint and mix them well
  7. 7
    add 1cup of boiled water and stir until all ingredient become smooth and consistant

    add 1 cup of cold water and then add rice, bulgar and lentil.

    let them cook.

    serve with lime or lemon juice
