- 2 14 cups soymilk or 2 14 cups rice milk
- 3 tablespoons thyme
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Heat oil on low to medium heat in saucepan.

2Add flour and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly with a whisk until smooth.

3Continue to stir, add the soy or ricemilk and thyme and italian seasoning and bring to a simmer for about 4 to 5 minutes.
