  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 14 cups soymilk or 2 14 cups rice milk
  • 3 tablespoons thyme
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Heat oil on low to medium heat in saucepan.

    Add flour and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly with a whisk until smooth.

    Continue to stir, add the soy or ricemilk and thyme and italian seasoning and bring to a simmer for about 4 to 5 minutes.

    Salt and pepper to taste.
