Ingredients

  • 12 cup almond milk
  • 12 cup water
  • 14 oatmeal
  • 12 tablespoon honey (more if needed)
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (I alternate between mixed berries, tropical fruit, etc.)

Directions

    Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

    I typically blend all but 1/2 cup of the fruit then add the remaining fruit after everything else is well blended.
