- 1/2 lb. unsliced bacon, cubed
- 2 c. fresh corn kernels
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon cubes in a skillet until brown and crisp.

2Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings.

3In a bowl, beat together eggs and corn.

4Add salt and pepper.

5Pour mixture over bacon cubes and cook until eggs are set and lightly browned underneath.
