Ingredients
- 2 spinach
- 1 fenugreek leaves
- 1 dill
- 6 2/3 tablespoons diced tomatoes Blanched
- 1 piece ginger
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 onions smalls, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds Ground
- salt to taste
- chili powder to taste
Directions

1Wash and soak dal in water for a couple of hours.

2Heat 1 tblsp. ghee and fry onoin, ginger and garlic till soft.

3Put in the rest of the ingredients along with the dal and a little water.

4Cover tightly and cook over a low fire till the dal is tender and quite dry.

5Mix thoroughly with a spoon.

6Remove from fire and pour 5 tblsps.

7of ghee over top before serving.
