  • 1 lb. scrubbed dandelion roots

Directions

    Place roots on cookie sheet in single layer.

    Dry at 225° for 4 to 5 hours until roots are brittle and brown inside.

    Grind in coffee grinder and brew as coffee, using 1/4 less dandelion coffee as you would brew regular coffee.
