- 1/5 lb. silken tofu
- 3/4 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. old fashion oatmeal
- 1/8 c. raisins
- 1/2 small apple, diced
- 8 medium Brazil nuts
Directions

1In a bowl, mash the tofu with a potato masher.

2Add skim milk and oatmeal.

3Microwave on High for 5 minutes.

4Add raisins and cut up apple.

5Serve Brazil nuts on the side.

6The Brazil nuts complement the protein of the tofu which is low in sulfur containing amino acids.
