- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red or white onion, chopped
- 1 jar chopped pimento
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl.

2Heat vinegar with remaining ingredients in saucepan until sugar dissolves, stirring frequently.

3Pour over cabbage mixture.

4Chill for 24 hours to 1 week.
