- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 egg yolk and enough milk to make 2/3 c.
- 2 handfuls cornflakes or other cereal
- 8 to 10 apples
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg white
Directions

1Sprinkle crust with cornflakes.

2Put sliced apples on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon mixed with sugar.

3Roll out other 1/2 of dough.

4Place on top; pinch edges.

5Beat egg white until stiff; brush on crust.

6Bake at 400° for 50 to 60 minutes.

7While warm, drizzle with frosting.
