  • 1 1/8 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 7/8 cups flour
  • 1 3/8 teaspoons baking powder

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    Cream together the butter and sugar.

    Add the egg and vanilla and mix well.

    Sift the flour and baking powder together and add to the wet mixture. Combine well and make a ball with the dough.

    Allow the dough to rest 30 minutes.

    Pinch pieces of dough off and roll them into balls. Place the balls on a flat surface and flatten with your hand. Repeat until all the dough is used.
