- 2 Tbs. butter
- 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbs. all-purpose flour
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 Tbs. sliced chives
Directions

1Heat butter over medium heat in a 10-inch nonstick skillet.

2Beat eggs, flour, salt, pepper and milk in a large bowl.

3Pour egg mixture into skillet, and reduce heat to very low.

4Let eggs cook until set, about 20 minutes.

5Remove from heat, sprinkle with chives, cut into wedges and serve directly from skillet.
