  • 3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks)
  • 1 lb. brown sugar
  • 1 (6 oz.) can Pet milk (2/3 c.)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 lb. less 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. nuts (optional)

Directions

    Melt butter in a 3-quart saucepan. Add brown sugar and Pet milk. Stir to blend.

    Bring to a boil.

    Boil exactly 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool 2 minutes.
