- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 pkg. seeded dates, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 pkg. Angel Flake coconut
Directions

1Chop dates.

2Put all ingredients into a 2-quart pan.

3Stir over heat until blended.

4Cook 3 to 5 minutes.

5Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and Rice Krispies.

6Dip small portion at a time. Roll into ball, then roll in the coconut.
