- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
Directions

1Cook margarine, sugar and chopped dates until thick.

2Remove from heat.

3Add nuts, Rice Krispies and flavoring.

4Cool.

5Make into balls and lightly roll in confectioners sugar or coconut. (These keep nicely in a covered container).
