Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies

Directions

    Cook margarine, sugar and chopped dates until thick.

    Remove from heat.

    Add nuts, Rice Krispies and flavoring.

    Cool.

    Make into balls and lightly roll in confectioners sugar or coconut. (These keep nicely in a covered container).
