- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
Directions

1Mix dates, sugar, egg and butter.

2Cook on low heat, 7 to 10 minutes, until thickened.

3Remove from heat; add nuts and Rice Krispies.

4Let cool just enough to make into small balls.

5Roll balls in powdered sugar or coconut.
