- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 lb. chopped dates
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- coconut
Directions

1Put butter, egg and sugar in heavy skillet and cook over low heat until egg is cooked, stirring constantly.

2Add dates and continue cooking and stirring until sugar from dates is dissolved. Remove from heat; add pecans and Rice Krispies.

3Stir until completely mixed.

4Drop by teaspoons into coconut, form into ball.
