  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 lb. dates
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 2 c. chopped nuts

    Melt margarine; stir in sugar, salt and dates.

    Cool for 4 to 5 minutes.

    Stir.

    Add Rice Krispies and nuts.

    Dip by spoonful and roll in powdered sugar.
