- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 12 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 12-1 teaspoon maple extract
- 1 -2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1In a large saucepan combine the white sugar, brown sugar and water; bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer stirring for 3 minutes (watch closley this will run over the pot easily!

3Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and maple extract; cool to almost room temperature (you can chill for faster cooling) then add to your bottle of store-bought syrup.

4Seal tightly and refrigerate.

5This will last as long as your bottled pancake syrup.
