  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. chopped dates
  • powdered sugar (xxxx)
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Melt on low heat butter, brown sugar and chopped dates.

    Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies, 1 cup chopped pecans and coconut. Mix thoroughly.

    Cool.

    Roll a rounded teaspoonful of mixture into a ball and roll in powdered sugar.
