Ingredients

  • 1 can dry coconut
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. dates
  • 3 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Cook dates, butter and sugar 8 minutes at slow bubble.

    Take off stove and drop in Rice Krispies plus 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

    Pour on greased platter.

    Shape into balls.

    Roll in coconut.
