  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. dates, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/4 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 c. flaked coconut

Directions

    Combine egg, sugar and dates.

    Cook on low heat until dates are melted.

    Remove; add vanilla.

    Pour over Rice Krispies and pecans; mix well.

    Form in small balls and roll in coconut.

    Makes 4 dozen.
