- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. dates, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1Combine egg, sugar and dates.

2Cook on low heat until dates are melted.

3Remove; add vanilla.

4Pour over Rice Krispies and pecans; mix well.

5Form in small balls and roll in coconut.

6Makes 4 dozen.
